Pricing questions

Your questions, answered.

What's included in the free Explorer plan?

Explorer is free forever and needs no card. You get 5 safety guides and 15 Shield AI messages a month, the safety calendar and daily tasks, one conversation script a month, the kids lingo glossary, emergency response guides, threat alerts with a weekly snapshot, and the community forum (2 posts a month). It's a genuine free plan, not a time-limited trial.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Guardian and Fortress both start with a 14-day free trial. No card is charged until day 14, so you can explore everything and decide without pressure. Cancel any time before day 14 and you pay nothing.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel or change your plan from your account at any time. If you cancel a paid plan you keep access until the end of your billing period, then move back to the free Explorer plan. There are no cancellation fees.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Digital Shields is UK GDPR compliant and Cyber Essentials certified, and payments are handled by Stripe so we never store your card details. Analytics cookies are only used if you accept them. Digital Shields is an education and awareness platform for parents: we do not monitor your child's device, filter content or track their activity.

Do you have a promo code or school discount?

If you have a promo code, enter it at checkout. It stacks with the 14-day free trial. Schools have their own plans: see Digital Shields for Schools.
